You call this progress?

Yes a row at a time. Slow progress, maybe I’ll be done by October? And I never could get the white background correct when the yarn color was. It’s the One Eyed One Horned Flying Purple People Eater alpaca fingering from MonkeyPal on etsy.

I finished plying my pillow top weft and picked out some warp today. And it only took about 2 hours to set the twist in the yarn after wet finishing. It was 107 so laundry dried within minutes too.

At Friday’s farmers market I picked up some more of Fehrenbacker Farm’s wool/mohair blend. Yes the same blend that I hated last year when I spun it but love now that it’s woven into a stole.

My biggest laugh so far this weekend? I stopped by to see Vicki at our Richland LYS. She asked if we garden, and asked if we grow cukes. Then she presented what’s growing in her garden. Turd Cukes. I kid you not and Vicki isn’t sure how she got them to grow this way, it’s not her only one!!
