On tonight’s episode of “Cooking with Graham”

Tonight he cooked again from the Sept 07 issue of Fine Cooking magazine. Saturday night he cooked the Grilled Tandori Style Chicken and served it with rice pilaf. Tonight he cooked the pork Lo Mein with Seared Scallions and Shiitakes. He has a pic of the Tandori Chicken on his phone, below is tonight’s Lo Mein. We were laughing though that he is such a great gourmet cook but once he gets to his apartment this fall, he and his roomie will probably be so tired after classes and labs that they’ll resort to cereal and mac and cheese.

This was so yummy! And so was the Tandori Chicken.

I finished plying the merino I got from zero.etsy.com. So nice and soft, 281 yards/4 oz, it will make great socks. Funny though, the color came out looking nearly like the silk merino blend from Taos. Top one is the Toas blend, bottom is the new one.

Guess what I was in the mood for tonight? Not socks, not spinning, but my Rib and Cable mitts from the Spring 07 IK started 4/23/06!! As much digging as I did I never could find my marked up pattern so I had to figure out/guess where I had left off. I think I am close.

I can’t decide what looks better–the noodles or the yarn!

Those colors are similar and both yarns are beautiful. This just proves that you have great taste! Speaking of which, the lo-mein looks scrumptious! The biggest hindrance I remember in college and cooking was always the lack of grocery money. But it does lend a creative flair to the culinary arts. Can’t wait to see the Rib and Cable mitts.

Gosh, you should send Graham to Minneapolis to practice his special diets focus. 🙂
