On tonight’s episode of “Cooking with Graham”

Graham learned how to make Chicken Cassoulet, a variation on Jacques Pepin’s turkey cassoulet recipe. I showed him by making the same basic base and varying a few ingredients, you can make a lot of different meals. Use rice instead of white beans. Make a curry (w/o beans again) and serve it over rice or couscous. Add more broth and add bowtie noodles and make it a soup. Add water chestnut and pea pods and a SunLuck mix, serve over rice.

No sweater knitting today. Lots of dedicated knitting on Minky Sock one. I’m now 3 inches from the toe decreases. Started a wasabi green Fiber Trends Basic Tank in Cascade Sierra (80% Pima Cotton / 20% Wool).
